About Us:

CPR and Safety Training LLC with Iva Riley, Owner and Training Center Director 

Iva Riley recently relocated to Queen City from Tennessee, bringing with her more than 28 years of experience in early childhood education, childcare, and employee safety training.

She began her career as a preschool daycare director and later advanced to regional director of preschools and youth development, where she oversaw multiple daycare centers, before- and after-school programs, and summer camps.

Throughout her career in early learning, Iva trained hundreds of employees and recognized the growing need for CPR and safety education. This insight inspired her to transition from early education to focus full-time on CPR and safety training.

Since moving to Queen City, Iva has continued supporting children and education as a substitute teacher with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Training with Iva Riley at CPR and Safety LLC is a dynamic, engaging experience. Her video-based, instructor-led, and hands-on approach provides families, friends, nannies, and employees with practical, life-saving CPR skills.

As a certified instructor with the Health and Safety Institute (HSI), Iva teaches individuals and organizations First Aid, CPR with AED, and Childcare & Babysitting Safety.
